Adelophryne baturitensis est une espèce d'amphibien de la famille des Eleutherodactylidae.

Distribution

Cette espèce est endémique du Brésil, elle se rencontre de 600 à 1 000 m d'altitude dans la Serra de Baturité au Ceará.
