Ecnomiohyla thysanota est une espèce d'amphibiens de la famille des Hylidae.

Distribution

Cette espèce est endémique du Panamá. Elle se rencontre à 1 265 m d'altitude sur le Cerro Mali dans la Serranía de Darién.
