Eleutherodactylus guantanamera est une espèce d'amphibiens de la famille des Eleutherodactylidae.

Distribution

Cette espèce est endémique de Cuba, elle se rencontre de 60 à 1 150 m d'altitude dans les provinces de Holguín, Santiago de Cuba et Guantánamo.
