Angrignon est une station sur la Ligne verte du métro de Montréal.

Il s'agit du terminus ouest de la Ligne verte. La conception de cette station, avec ses plateformes entourées de verrières, crée une atmosphère claire et aérée, et a valu à l'architecte, Jean-Louis Beaulieu un prix de l'Ordre des Architectes du Québec.

Origine du nom

J.-B. Arthur Angrignon fut échevin du quartier de Saint-Paul, de 1921 à 1934, et membre du Comité exécutif de la Ville de Montréal de 1928 à 1930. Il contribua largement à l'essor de ce quartier et, dès 1927, on donna son nom au parc aménagé sur l'ancien terrain de la famille Crawford.
