Sechellophryne gardineri est une espèce d'amphibien de la famille des Sooglossidae.

Cette espèce est endémique des îles de Mahé et de Silhouette, appartenant à l'archipel des Seychelles dans l'océan Indien.

Son nom d'espèce, gardineri, lui a été donné en référence à J. Stanley Gardiner qui a obtenu les spécimens décrits.

Sechellophryne gardineri mesure environ 15 mm. Son dos est brun rosâtre. Ses flancs sont brun foncé. Son ventre est jaunâtre tacheté ou marbré de brun.
