Phyllomedusa tomopterna est une espèce d'amphibiens de la famille des Hylidae.

Distribution

Cette espèce se rencontre du niveau de la mer à 500 m d'altitude au Pérou, en Équateur, en Colombie, au sud du Venezuela, au Guyana, au Suriname, en Guyane, dans le bassin amazonien du Brésil et en Bolivie.
