Rhaebo haematiticus est une espèce d'amphibien de la famille des Bufonidae.

Cette espèce est endémique de l'Amérique centrale et du nord de l'Amérique du Sud, elle se rencontre jusqu'à 1 300 m d'altitude :

• en Colombie, au Venezuela, en Équateur,
• au Honduras, au Nicaragua, au Costa Rica et au Panamá.
