Scott Stewart Bakula (né le 9 octobre 1954 à Saint-Louis, Missouri) est un acteur américain spécialisé dans les séries télévisées. Il est célèbre pour le rôle du docteur Samuel Beckett dans la série Code Quantum (diffusée au début des années 1990).
Son "Oh Boy!" ("Oh Bravo !" en V.F.) restera à jamais célèbre dans l'histoire de la télévision.

En 1996, il interprète M. Smith aux côtés de Maria Bello dans la série Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Bakula a ensuite eu un rôle dans Murphy Brown et a interprété le Capitaine Jonathan Archer dans la série de science-fiction Star Trek : Enterprise avec son ancien acolyte, Dean Stockwell dans un épisode.

Il est en général doublé en français par Guy Chapellier.
