Cochranella euhystrix est une espèce d'amphibien de la famille des Centrolenidae.

Distribution

Cette espèce est endémique du Pérou, elle se rencontre à 2 610 m d'altitude dans la province de Santa Cruz dans la région de Cajamarca.
