Mannophryne yustizi est une espèce d'amphibien de la famille des Aromobatidae.
Distribution
Cette espèce est endémique des parcs Yacambú et Terepaima, elle se rencontre de 1 200 à 1 800 m d'altitude dans l'État de Lara au Venezuela.
