Gastrotheca cornuta est une espèce d'amphibiens de la famille des Hemiphractidae.

Cette espèce se rencontre du niveau de la mer jusqu'à 1 000 m d'altitude en Équateur, en Colombie, au Panama et au Costa Rica.
