Leptotyphlops est un genre de serpent de la famille des Leptotyphlopidae.
Un grand nombre d'espèces autrefois considérées comme appartenant à ce genre ont été réparties dans les autres genres de la famille.
Distribution
Les espèces de ce genre se rencontrent en Afrique australe et en Afrique de l'Est.
