Anarchie et Internet - Définition
Certains auteurs considèrent qu'Internet repose sur une forme d'anarchie. Bruce Sterling écrit ainsi en 1993 que " the Internet is a rare example of a true, modern, functional anarchy. "[1]. Dans The Internet Encyclopedia, on peut lire que " the Internet is a form of organized anarchy "[2].
