Jean-Marc Lofficier, né le 22 juin 1954 à Toulon est auteur, essayiste , scénariste de bande dessinée et de télévision, traducteur de romans français mais surtout, un spécialiste mondialement réputé de la Science fiction. Il travaille avec son épouse américaine Randy Lofficier ( née le 3 février 1953 ). Il est le fondateur et directeur de la collection de Science-FictionRivière Blanche.
